Our generation

We think like Gen Z (because we are Gen Z). Our company was founded by two Gen Z’s and a milennial. We grew up with tech, the algorithm, and are used to things going viral. Our generations have learned how to adapt quickly, and to be comfortable working with big data. 

Strategy Is Key

We don’t do anything without a solid strategy. In fact, one of our founders has written IP (called CRAFT) that we used to ideate, start, and scale this very business. It’s also a perfect fit for creating content that resonates with a specific audience. It’s built on principles from behavioural psychology, cognitive science, philosophy, sociology, and system theory. 

Building In Public

From the get-go, all of our focus has been on our customers and our audience. Every decision we make is about increasing value for them. We’ve developed a 54-step framework, strategic partnerships, and a solid team to help brands turn their social media into a growth machine.  

Our Team

We’re passionate about content creation. But that doesn’t get you there. Some of our international team members have been stuck producing single-use content until they signed with us. Our core group is made up of social media veterans who have been in the content creation game since the early days of YouTube, dedicated managers, a content strategist, an SEO specialist, and a guy who uses his knowledge from his time in sales to build the best content-to-sales funnels out there. 

Our Culture

Being well-traveled internationals, our culture reflects the chill times we cultivated on our travels, while being able to work under tight deadlines. We balance lightning fast turnover rates with time in the park and at the gym.
